What is your role?
SME Team Manager. My job includes helping customers, running the department and training/supervising our apprentices.
How long have you been with the firm?
I joined the firm in September 2023.
What was your background before that?
I started out my insurance career in 2013 as an underwriting assistant for an insurer before moving up within the company to become an underwriter. In 2018 I moved into broking, starting with a mid-sized independent broker.
What are your special skills?
I am customer service focused and believe in delivering the best service I can.
What do you get up to outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my son and watching football.
