What is your role?
I help arrange and administer client insurance arrangements within the SME team.
How long have you been with the firm?
I joined the company in 2013.
What was your background before that?
I have over 30 years experience in the insurance broking profession having started my career as an office junior before moving on to a well known broker where I worked alongside John and Tom. During that time I fulfilled various roles including broking, staff training and general management.
What are your special skills?
Organisation. Communication. Commitment. Determination. I am customer focused with excellent relationship building skills.
What do you get up to outside of work?
I enjoy a well-earned leisure break and spending time with family and friends.
What is your guilty pleasure?
A large glass of wine (or two) at the end of my working week. Occasionally known to dance on tables.
