How long have you dealt with the people at Blue Rock Insurance? How would you describe your relationship?
We have dealt with the team at Blue Rock for the past 7-8 years. It makes all the difference to have contact with local people who know you well. The personal touch is something that is difficult to find these days and we value that at Blue Rock Insurance.
Have you had to make an important claim? What happened, and what would the potential effect have been on your business?
My shop premises were badly damaged involving restorative works. It could have had a catastrophic impact on business finances.

Time was of the essence, as it’s never good for a business to close for any length of time. Despite a huge refit programme, the shop was only closed for a matter of weeks.

Our claim was resolved quickly and efficiently and we were able to pay staff and contractors swiftly. The business itself was operational again with a matter of weeks despite a colossal amount of work. None of this would have been possible without the confident handling by the team at Blue Rock.
