What is your role?
I help customers and insurers with a range of enquiries and assist with the placing of a diverse portfolio of insurance arrangements.
How long have you been with the firm?
I joined Blue Rock in August 2018.
What was your background before that?
I started with General Accident (now Aviva) on leaving school, progressing to senior underwriter. At the end of 2000 the local branch was closed and I moved to a well-established local insurance broker where I spent the next 17 years as a commercial account handler.
What are your special skills?
I am dedicated and organised with good attention to detail.
What do you get up to outside of work?
I love to get out in the fresh air; whether walking with my husband and dog or working with our birds of prey.
What is your guilty pleasure?
That has to be chocolate!
